Shipping policy

Music Festival
If you purchase tickets online, please print a copy of your receipt or save a screenshot to your phone.  You will need to present proof of your ticket purchase to receive your entrance wristband.  There is no guarantee there will be wifi or cell service at Hayton-Greene Park during the event.  You will not have physical tickets mailed to you.

Artwalks
You will be contacted after your purchase to coordinate pickup, delivery, or shipping of your artwork.  If you select shipping,an Arts Council member will ensure your item is packaged securely.  They will give you options dependent on your location and your art's needs.

We will do our best to ensure your artwork reaches you in the best shape possible.  However, ultimately, once the artwork leaves us, it is out of our control.  Options for shipping, delivery, or pickup will be presented to you at the conclusion of each event and you are responsible for choosing the best option for your art piece.  Shipping insurance is recommended.
