I was a little too comfortable with my isolationist self. So I decided to invite a few people into my kitchen to splash around some water colors. I am a germaphobic, agoraphobic, self taught hermit hoarder that now has a captive audience a couple of times a week. I call it… them providing me with social therapy. They call it…me teaching them “Art”.

Doing Art is like a Dance Party and a Meditation at the same time. You try not to feel too awkward. You want to get into the movement and avoid self doubt as you try to free something from your deepest self and have fun at the same time.
