Russ Wheelhouse - Main Street Artwalk

Russ is a retired antique dealer and appraiser who collects found objects like vintage  magazines for paper cut collages, and natural things like antlers, sticks, stones, and the like, to create objects of interest in as unique a way as possible. The purpose is to make the viewer look twice. 

He also uses .22 rifles and spray cans of paint with the technique of "Shoot everything and let GOD sort it out." (With an artist's eye for when to stop firing.) 

He has appeared in several galleries and expositions but since covid, hasn't really tried much. This is his first showing in a year. Since here last year.
